The REFUND POLICY of New Hope Charitable Foundation (NHCF) is the same as that of other major charities such as The American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society: Any credit card donor who changes their mind, makes a mistake in amount, heard from their spouse that they went over-budget, etc. can call or email NHCF and explain their situation and request a refund. As long as the donor seeking a refund: (1) calls within 60 days after the donation date, and (2) has the original credit card used; then a refund can and will be made to that credit card, following all required steps of the Merchant Service.
