Joe Jubela, President
Personal Philosophy: Both "Dream" and "Goal" state intention…Intention belongs and functions at the beginning…Intention drives commitment…Commitment drives action…Action is what makes the difference in this reality. The power is in the action, not the intention, but you must first have the dream or goal to inspire the action. Through your actions you have the power to change everything…Make your actions productive, positive and passionate.
Adam Jubela, Executive Director
“I told them (teachers) and gave them what they wanted, regardless if I found it valuable. And even now it seems like I did it all to receive a diploma that no one has ever asked to see.”
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship he spent the next 10 years exploring different industries looking for his passion. After a bout with cancer he took over as Executive Director of Energize Students as he pursued his dream of becoming an Architect and Contractor. He now lives his passion every day, however that passion is not limited to architecture; he also works as an activist to reform the education system one student at a time; as a mentor helping high school students explore, design, and build their dreams.
He strives everyday to inspire people to join the Movement as we work to re-focus our Education System back where it belongs... on the students.
